The Boss: Emma

Emma is 24 and is a Veterinary Nurse who lives in Newcastle. She is passionate about rescue & welfare issues and helps get dogs & cats in need into new homes. She married her partner Dave in October 2007. Emma has four cats (Finn, Riley, Mackenzie & Theo) who you can see here, as well as her three rescued dogs - Asha, Elliot & Bean.

Elliot is a 5 year old Staffie/Lurcher mix who was also rescued as a pup, who is an aspiring & upcoming flyball competitor.

Asha is a 6 year old GSD/Dobe mix who was rescued from the RSPCA at the age of 6 months. She is the princess & diva of the family!

Bean is a 5 year old terrier mix who Emma & Dave adopted in October 2007, a real character and sweetheart.

Meet Emily: Emily is 20 years old and lives in Hertfordshire. She is very interested in rescue and enjoys dog training, having taken part in non-competitive obedience, agility and self taught heelwork to music.

Morph is a 2 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier Cross, rescued aged 6 months from Chiltern Dog Rescue Society.

Meet Katie: Katie is 18 years old and lives in Yorkshire, she is currently in her first year at Liverpool University studying to become a vet! Katie has 5 dogs (Chip, Kira, Whiskey, Jet & Poppy). Jet and Poppy both compete in agility and flyball and Chip is currently learning with Katie's mum.

Meet Lora: Lora is 37 and lives in Canal Winchester, Ohio - USA with her husband, son and 6 dogs. She owns a dog park and non-traditional boarding business. She has 4 therapy dogs, which frequently visit nursing homes and schools. She also runs a Saint Bernard rescue.

Zeus (CGC, TDI) is a 5 year old Black lab. Apollo (CGC. TDI) is a 4 year old Yellow lab and is Zeus’s brother.

Hera is a 7 year old Black lab who was rescued from the Franklin County Shelter when she was 3.Eris (CGC, TDI) is a 7 year old Chocolate lab who was rescued from Friends for Life Animal Haven when she was 3 1/2. Eris was a breeder dog at a puppy mill and was horribly mistreated.

Brutus (CGC, TDI) and Rufus are 4 year old litter mates who were rescued at 18 mos.
